What to send
Three simple digitals in natural light: one head-and-shoulders, one full length, one profile. No makeup, no filters, no professional retouching. A phone camera is genuinely fine — scouts prefer honest digitals to a polished book. Do not pay a photographer in order to apply to us.
Under 18? A parent or guardian must complete this form with you and will be present at every stage that follows. We do not publish profiles of talent under 18 on this public roster.
What happens next
We read it
Every application is opened and reviewed by a scout — not filtered by an algorithm.
We reply
If we are taking it further, you hear from a named person within ten working days.
We meet
A conversation, in person or by video. No fee, no pressure, nothing to sign on the day.
We plan
If it is a fit, you get a written development plan and terms in plain language before anything is signed.
