What to send
Three simple digitals in natural light: one head-and-shoulders, one full length, one profile. No makeup, no filters, no professional retouching. A phone camera is genuinely fine — scouts prefer honest digitals to a polished book. Do not pay a photographer in order to apply to us.
Under 18? A parent or guardian must apply with you and will be present at every stage that follows. We do not publish profiles of talent under 18 on this public roster.
Apply by email
Attach your three digitals and send them to our scouting team. Every application is read by a scout.

- An Instagram or portfolio link, and your current agency if you have one

Applications are read by a scout. We reply to every application we are taking further within ten working days, and we are not able to give individual feedback on every submission. We never charge to apply.

A conversation, in person or by video. No fee, no pressure, nothing to sign on the day.

If it is a fit, you get a written development plan and terms in plain language before anything is signed.
