Scope of management
VANTA provides OnlyFans model management exclusively for adult creators. The exact services included are listed in your written agreement.
Commission and payments
Your agreement states the low commission rate, how it is calculated, which earnings it applies to and payment timing. No additional deduction applies unless it is clearly agreed in writing.
Account and content ownership
Your OnlyFans account and creator content remain yours. You retain final control over content, account decisions and the access permissions granted to VANTA.
No guaranteed results
Audience and income results vary. VANTA does not guarantee subscriber numbers, earnings or a particular outcome.
Duration and cancellation
Your agreement explains its duration, notice period and cancellation process. Ask us to clarify any provision before signing, and take time to review it.
Intellectual property
The site design, wordmark, copy and imagery are owned by VANTA or licensed to it. Creator imagery is published with permission and may not be downloaded, reproduced or used for any purpose without written permission from the agency and the rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this site without written permission.
Applications and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a management relationship. Do not send passwords, identity documents or explicit content in your first email. VANTA will not ask you to email your OnlyFans password. See creator safety and rights.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We take reasonable care over its accuracy but do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in the country where services are provided.
