The conditions we guarantee, the things we will never ask, and how to report anyone misusing our name.
Age and guardian consent
We represent talent aged 16 and over. Under-18 talent are signed only with full parental or guardian consent, are chaperoned on set, work restricted hours, and are never published on our public roster. Their bookings are handled directly by an agent with a guardian present at every stage.
Consent on set
Nudity, lingerie and any form of intimate or suggestive work is never booked without explicit prior written agreement covering exactly what is being shot and how it may be used. Talent may decline any request on set, at any point, with no consequence to their representation.
Conditions in writing
Every booking is confirmed in writing with call times, location, wardrobe, usage, territory, fee and on-set conditions stated before the shoot day. An agent is contactable throughout every booking.
Health and dignity
We do not set weight targets, do not pressure talent to change their bodies, and will end a client relationship over conduct that compromises a model's dignity or safety. Concerns can be raised with any agent or escalated directly to agency leadership.
Data and images
Digitals and personal data are held securely, used only for representation and casting, and deleted on request. We do not share talent data with third parties for marketing.
Reporting misuse of our name
If someone contacts you claiming to represent VANTA and asks for payment, personal documents, or images you are uncomfortable providing, stop and report it. Send us screenshots, addresses and phone numbers — we act on every report and cooperate with platforms and authorities.
